Graduating from The University of Northampton in 2011 Lauren has built up a rich portfolio of experience, including working with England Netball since 2012 and was part of the support team for the GB Women Basketball team for the 2012 Olympics. She has also had the pleasure of working with match officials at football matches at Wembley Stadium.
Local to Rugby she has been the Sports Therapist to Rugby & East Warwickshire Hockey Club (REWHC) and Long Bucky F.C., as well as a number of talented young athletes and dancers from the Warwickshire area.
Her experience has incorporated principles of Strength & Conditioning into the rehabilitation spectrum, to aid a more successful process, and works closely with Strength & Conditioning specialists.
She currently holds her successful sports injury clinic at NP Strength & conditioning facility in Rugby, as well as lecturing on the Sports Rehabilitation and Conditioning degree at the University of Northampton. She is currently undertaking her MSc by Research in Clinical Biomechanics at the University of Bedfordshire also, investigating the impact previous injury has on fundamental human movement in cyclists.

Richard graduated from the University of Salford as a Graduate Sport Rehabilitator in 2006, as well as obtaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist status from the NSCA in the same year.
He completed his MSc in Sports Injuries from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2011. Since graduating he has practiced throughout a wide range of sports at a variety of different levels, focusing mainly within the Rugby Union as well as exploring his research interests across a range of Sport Rehabilitation diagnostic techniques and treatment interventions.
In addition to his clinical experience, Richard is also a Lecturer in Sports Therapy, having held Senior Lecture positions at both Leeds Beckett University and currently the University of Bedfordshire.
A further job role Richard juggles is his role as a member of the Executive committee of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) as the accrediation officer.
