All new clients are required to have an initial assessment. This is required to allow us to firstly diagnose the problem, and then determine the best course of action for your problem. Please wear comfortable clothing such as a t-shirt and leggings/shorts.
Includes a comprehensive overview of your condition, medical history, objective assessments and the Movement Efficiency Screening (MES). This is where we will collate all of your results and really find out what the causal factors are and how best to tackle them successfully. A report of your findings can be requested and sent via e-mail.
This option is only given for acute injuries. This option will be given after an initial discussion with your therapist
Your therapist will discuss with you what options are best suited based on the findings from your initial assessment. We will always strive to be professional in our opinion and ensure you choose the best option suited to you and your condition. Payment schemes can be offered if required.
Your therapist will use a variety of modalities, such as manual therapy, ultrasound, muscle activation exercises and movement re-patterning within these sessions. If your therapist believes you only need a few sessions then this option will be advised.
£60.00 fee is with Lauren and Rich, the clinical leads of Synergy Injury Solutions.
£40.00 is with the sports therapist/sports rehabilitator.
As the 60 minute session but shorter duration. Appropriate for those that struggle with the intensity of 60 minutes, or maintenance sessions.
£35.00 fee is with Lauren and Rich, the clinical leads at Synergy Injury Solutions.
£25.00 is with the sports therapist/sports rehabilitator.
All of our therapists are trained to the highest standard of sports massage and have advanced manual therapy techniques. These sessions will involve area specific treatments to aid recovery, prepare for activity, loosen restricted areas of the body as well as maintenance along side an active lifestyle. We recommend people have a massage at least once every 6-8 weeks for full benefit.
