These are the primary areas that we will be assessing. The body should function, for the most part, relatively symmetrically. You should have equal strength and mobility on each side of your body and should load each side equally too. We identify where there are asymmetries as these will be your causal factors.
Specific special tests can be carried out to give you a diagnosis of what your problem is.
Injury diagnosis is often like finding the needle in the haystack, but we have found that the best approach to this is come from all sides - by having a full body, global approach to the assessment instead of looking at the problem through the head of a pin. You cannot see the whole picture.
